The Rectangle tool is used to create
rectangles in the map. You create new rectangles
by moving the cursor to where you want one corner
to be at, pressing and holding the
left mouse button, and dragging the cursor to the
opposite corner. Release the mouse button when
you are done. A rectangle "ghost" is
drawn on the screen in real-time as you go.
